Coming Soon: Tyre Wise

We are excited to announce that Tyre Wise will soon be joining our growing business community at the Mellishaw Lane Retail & Commercial Business Park in Morecambe. As a local business, Tyre Wise specialises in a wide range of vehicle services, including tyres, brakes, servicing and MOTs. They are currently in the process of fitting out their new unit, with vehicle ramps being installed and their office and workshop space carefully designed to create the perfect operating environment for their team and customers.

At Aston Cox, we’re proud to be building an ever-evolving hub of successful and diverse businesses, and the arrival of Tyre Wise is another exciting step forward. Their upcoming presence will complement our existing mix of self-storage at AC Self Store, commercial tenants and EV rapid charging facilities, further enhancing the services available within the park.
