The development will feature a dedicated Costa Coffee drive-thru, providing customers with a convenient place to pick up their favourite coffee and refreshments while visiting the business park.
As part of the development, the site will also benefit from six 150kW rapid electric vehicle charging points, providing an important new charging facility for EV drivers in the area.

The new Costa Coffee drive-thru will add an exciting new destination to the site, which is already home to a number of established automotive businesses, including:
Aston Cox is now beginning the landlord works required to prepare the site for Costa Coffee.
These works include preparing the building’s interior and exterior, as well as creating the drive-thru layout in line with Costa Coffee’s design and brand requirements.
Once the landlord works are complete, Costa Coffee will review and approve the development before beginning its own fit-out.
Following approval, Costa Coffee will undertake its fit-out of the building. This is when the site will really begin to take shape as a Costa Coffee, with the installation of furniture, coffee equipment, appliances, signage and other elements associated with the Costa brand.
Aston Cox expects to have its landlord works completed in November, with Costa Coffee’s fit-out process typically taking around three to four weeks.
That means the new Costa Coffee drive-thru is expected to be ready to welcome customers in time for Christmas.
The new facility will provide an additional amenity for visitors to the existing businesses while also helping to create a more attractive proposition for current and future tenants.
